Free shipping is valid for on all orders over $99 from petunia.com, delivering to addresses in the contiguous U.S. only. Orders under $99 have a flat rate shipping cost of $8.95. Purchase of gift cards, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Some promotions may preclude free shipping offer. Offer only valid for one shipping address per order. *Regular shipping rates will apply for orders seeking expedited shipping. **Free Upgraded Shipping Promotions valid only during advertised dates all other conditions apply.

Shipping Options and Timing

Petunia packages are sent on their way Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from Alabama. To be certain your items are packed with care, we generally ask for 2 business days to process each order before it ships (this includes expedited shipping). Orders under $99 have a flat rate shipping cost of $8.95 and arrival dates will vary depending on where packages are being delivered.

To meet our customers' needs, we offer the following expedited shipping options:

  • FedEx 2Day
  • FedEx Standard Overnight

Pre-Order and Backorder Items: 

If your order contains Preorder/Backorder and in stock items, in stock items will ship first and Preorder/Backorder items will ship when available.

Route Tracking & Package Protection:

Petunia Pickle Bottom is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we  recommend you consider Route package protection at checkout.

Please note: To ensure on-time delivery, all orders with upgraded shipping must be placed before 11am PST in order to ship same day. Deliveries are only made Monday- Friday.
