Once you place an order on petunia.com, you will receive an email that confirms that the transaction was successful. When your item leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with the shipping information, and your package’s estimated date of arrival. To find out the status of your order, we invite you to log in to your account on our website. The information is viewable in your account.
