Shipping & Orders
Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Alabama every Monday through Friday. Our team has weekends and major holidays off to spend with their families.
We offer a variety of shipping options to help you get your package on time. Average processing and shipping times are below.
- Standard Shipping: 2 Days Order Processing + 5 – 10 Business Days Shipping
- FedEx 2Day®: 1 Day Order Processing + 2 Business Days Shipping
- FedEx Standard Overnight®: 1 Day Order Processing + 1 Business Day
Standard shipping orders ship out in 1 to 2 business days, on average. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods.
Orders with upgraded shipping placed before 11am CST are given priority order processing. Most will go out the same business day. We will do our best to accommodate expedited orders but unfortunately cannot guarantee same-day shipping.
While we can’t guarantee delivery times in the event of unforeseen delays, such as severe weather, natural disasters or carrier strikes, we will do everything we can to assist if such an event occurs.

Orders Placed in the Contiguous US: All purchases of $99 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping. Orders of $99 or less in the contiguous US have a simple flat shipping rate of $8.95. Expedited options from FedEx are also available with prices calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
Other US Orders: Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO addresses ship for a flat $10 shipping rate.
International Orders: Currently, we do not ship internationally. However, we do have a large network of international distributors and retailers who carry Petunia Pickle Bottom products, and we’ll be happy to help you find what you are looking for. Choose Shipping Protection at Checkout for Added Protection – Provided by Corso

Preorders and Backorders
Orders containing both a preorder and an in-stock item will ship once the preordered item is in stock.
Requesting Order Cancellations and Adjustments
Unfortunately, our team is unable to cancel or make adjustments to orders once they are placed. Every order is protected by the Petunia Promise. All orders that are not marked Final Sale are also eligible Free Returns.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered upon ordering. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
