Petunia.com Returns and Exchanges
For customers who purchased their Petunia Pickle Bottom product on www.petunia.com, and find that it does not meet their needs or expectations, we are pleased to offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The returned item should be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization number issued by Petunia Pickle Bottom.
To request a Return Authorization Number, please send an email with your full name and order number to info@petunia.com.
Upon receipt of your return or exchange request, please allow 2 business days for a reply with your authorization number and return instructions.*
Important Notes about Returns and Exchanges: We can only return or exchange items purchased directly from petunia.com. Please visit your local retailer or retailer's website for returns & exchange information related to purchases not made on petunia.com.
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days upon receipt and inspection of your returned item and will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
If you are returning an item or an entire order purchased during a gift with purchase promotion, the free gift must also be returned. In the event that a free gift item is not returned your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift item.
