Returns and Exchanges
We are pleased to offer free and easy returns within 30 days of purchase on Petunia.com.
The returned item must be in new, unused condition with the original tags attached and in the original, unopened packaging. Returns should be accompanied by a Return Authorization number issued by Petunia Pickle Bottom.
Getting Your Return Started
To request a Return Authorization Number and Free Return Label, please send an email with your full name and order number to info@petunia.com.
Upon receipt of your return request, please allow 2 business days for a reply with your authorization number and return instructions.
We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from Petunia.com. Please visit your local retailer or retailer's website for returns and exchange information related to purchases not made on petunia.com.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days upon receipt and inspection of your returned item. You will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
Free Gifts and Promotions
If you are returning an item or an entire order purchased during a gift with purchase promotion, the free gift must also be returned. In the event that a free gift item is not returned your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift item.
Items indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.
The Petunia Promise
Our products are also guaranteed against hardware and/or fabric defects on items purchased through authorized Petunia Pickle Bottom retailers for up to two years. Proof of purchase is required.
