For customers who purchased their Petunia Pickle Bottom product on www.petunia.com, and find that it does not meet their needs or expectations, we are pleased to offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The item being returned must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization number issued by Petunia Pickle Bottom.
To request a Return Authorization Number, please send an email with your full name and order number to email@example.com.
Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will do our best to respond within 2 business days with your authorization number and return instructions.*
Important Notes about Returns and Exchanges: We can only return or exchange items purchased directly from petunia.com. Any item deemed “used” will be ineligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of your returned item and will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
Gifts with Purchase: Our gift with purchase promotional items are only available for the duration of the specific promotion. They are not applicable to purchases made before or after the promotional time period.
If an item was purchased during a gift with purchase promotion and submitted for return, the free gift must also be returned, or the retail value of the item will be applied to the value of the returned product.
