If you aren’t in love with your Petunia.com purchase, return it within 30 days. We’ll even pay the return shipping. Read our full return policy here.
Our products are also guaranteed against hardware and/or fabric defects on items purchased through authorized Petunia Pickle Bottom retailers for up to two years. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that our Happiness Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use of product, accidents, spills or defects created from self- or third-party repairs or alterations. All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller, buy/sell/trade groups, or from one of our Sample Sales are also not covered under our Guarantee. If you are experiencing one of these issues, we do invite you to give us a call as we may be able to offer suggestions for cleaning or further assistance.
Beginning in Fall 2021, due to customer feedback, our diaper bags will no longer include a plastic wipes case. As this transition rolls out, some bags may still contain a wipes case, which customers are welcome to keep and use.
